Winston A. Marbella is the chief executive of his own firm, the Marbella International Business Consultancy, a think tank specializing in management training, marketing strategy, corporate communications, corporate planning, and transforming social, political, cultural, and technological trends into business plans that work. He has trained in the Asian Institute of Management and the International Marketing Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. He has extensive experience in the related fields of journalism, advertising, marketing, corporate public relations, political campaign management, and strategic business management as president of Magnolia, the dairy subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, and chief operating officer of Goldilocks, the cake company -- where he developed a sweet tooth for both ice cream and cakes! He is the only Filipino to have won eight Anvil Awards of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America for his work as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of San Miguel. He has written and delivered over 250 lectures on his area of expertise.
